It is proposed that the following addition to the constitution be passed by special resolution at the Annual General Meeting:
1. Resolved that under the bylaws we appoint the creation of a new body of directors under the category of an ADVISORY BOARD who will provide advisory council in matters of outreach, programming and operational guidance. This group of directors will be invited by the current board to sit on this advisory board and will represent high profile professional members of the contemporary art market including curators, artists, collectors and prominent business people.
