GOODBYE AND HELLO

The CASV closed the year with one last exhibition tour of international contemporary artwork featured at the New Media Gallery in New Westminster. Some pictures of the amazing exhibition there can be found below. We encourage all of our members to visit the gallery of the summer, the exhibition is surreal and highly entertaining. It is on now until July 26th.

We held the AGM in May at Winsor Gallery where we said goodbye to longtime board Member of Governance Elizabeth Snow, and our Membership Chair Holly Marie Armishaw. Sunshine Frere is also stepping down from her role as programmer, but will remain involved with the CASV as a member and as the administrative support for the board and the Emerging Artist Prize. (Thanks to all outgoing Board Members for their hard work!) Members at the AGM voted in the new slate of the CASV board, we are all looking forward to the exciting events of what next year will bring. The new board is made up of the following enthusiastic bunch of people:
