She is represented by Wil Aballe Art Projects.

I am concerned with how industrial materials and ideas of landscape enter my work through material energy. As someone whose art practice is concerned with sculpture, I am interested in re-examining modes of the heroic and the monumental. I work predominantly in steel and seek to parse the space between its associations with industry, weaponry and brutality, with its more subtle qualities such as pliability, versatility and slightness. – Vanessa Brown
