The Contemporary Art Society of Vancouver is pleased to offer our members and their guests a special visit with artist Chris Gergley at the Monte Clark Gallery on Saturday April 4th at 12PM. Chris will be talking about his current show Colour Work.
To follow the success of his exhibition Copy Work at the Contemporary Art Gallery Vancouver (2007), Gergley’s new exhibition Color Work finds the artist pitting the irrational knowledge of color against the colorless world of work and reason, the result, a wholly unique and remarkable display emblematic of Gergley’s insightful technique.
Chris Gergley was born in Regina, Saskatchewan. He graduated from the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design in 1996.
