Erdem Taşdelen’s multidisciplinary practice involves a range of media including installation, drawing, sculpture, video, sound and artist books. He holds a Master of Applied Arts degree in Visual Arts from Emily Carr University of Art + Design (2010), where he currently teaches in the Critical and Cultural Studies department. Taşdelen is represented by Galeri NON in Istanbul and is a 2014 recipient of the Charles Pachter Prize for Emerging Artists, awarded by the Hnatyshyn Foundation.


Recent solo and group exhibitions include venues such as Access Gallery, The Western Front, Capture Photo Festival, Republic Gallery, 221A and Gallery 295 in Vancouver BC; Galeri NON, ARTER and Sanatorium in Istanbul; Biennial of the Americas in Denver CO; Kunstverein Hannover; Museum für angewandte Kunst in Vienna; Haus Konstruktiv in Zurich; and Oakville Galleries in Oakville ON.
