Freybe Collection Visit and Reception

September 15, 2024 | 5 – 7 PM

Join us for a very special opportunity to visit the collection of Brigitte and Henning Freybe.  The collectors have played a major role in championing contemporary art in the city since Brigitte Freybe co-founded the Contemporary Art Society of Vancouver in 1972.  Brigitte and Henning will share insights into the history of their collecting and their support to Canadian and international artists since 1973.  The couple also established Griffin Art Projects in 2015.

A small reception will be held after the tour, where members will have the chance to meet the artists in residence from Griffin Art Projects Future Worldings.

Members will receive an Eventbrite invitation, which is non-transferable.
