Andrew Booth Collection Tour for CASV Members

CASV Members are invited to step inside the collection of Burnaby-based art collector and Vancouver Art Blog founder Andrew Booth.

Andrew’s collection brings together experimental photography and unconventional forms of image-making, contemporary Indigenous art, and artists working with everyday and discarded objects. A self-described middle-class collector, he is interested in challenging some of the misconceptions surrounding what it means to be an art collector and making collecting feel more accessible.

On this special tour, Andrew will share the stories behind selected works in his collection, offer insight into how he finds and chooses art, and talk about the experience of building a collection over time. Along the way, discover the joy of living with art and the many ways collecting can support artists and the broader art ecosystem.
