Join us for an artist talk and reception with Diyan Achjadi and Shawn Hunt at the Richmond Art Gallery
The Richmond Art Gallery presents a talk Saturday, October 29th, 2016 with the artists from Cultural Conflation.
Following the artist talk the Contemporary Art Society of Vancouver will be hosting a special reception for the artists. Please join us for a glass of wine after the talk in the Atrium of the Richmond Cultural Centre.
Diyan Achjadi received a BFA from the Cooper Union School of Art (1993) and an MFA from Concordia University (2002). She has exhibited nationally and internationally. Born in Jakarta, Indonesia, Achjadi currently lives and works in Vancouver, BC where she is faculty at the Emily Carr University.
Shawn Hunt has a diploma in studio art from Capilano College and a BFA from the University of British Columbia. He has exhibited nationally and internationally.
